Tom Petro is the Client Director with Vigilant Ops. He manages all customer-focused operations, from implementation through invoicing and everything in-between. Tom is fond of wearing any and all hats to ensure customer and operational success!
Prior to his time at Vigilant Ops, Tom was both a Project Coordinator and Cybersecurity Analyst at Bayer Radiology, in their Medical Device Cybersecurity Group. Tom also has an extensive background in operations management in the Medical Device field.
Tom is a proud graduate of the University of Pittsburgh(BA Class of 1994). He loves to spend time with his wife, two kids and his Airedale Terrier, as well as attending Pitt Football games with his Dad. He loves to cook and also plays the guitar in a local band. He likes tinkering around the house on various projects, and particularly enjoys masonry and landscaping work.
